金属预成冠修复乳磨牙缺损的临床应用

摘要
目的探讨金属预成冠修复技术治疗儿童乳磨牙缺损的效果。方法在我院收治的乳磨牙缺损患儿中随机抽取107例作为研究对象,根据选择的治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组患儿采用光固化树脂填充修复,观察组患儿采用金属预成冠直接修复,统计两组患儿的治疗效果指标并进行对比。结果观察组患儿的修复密合度优于对照组(P<0.05);而在牙龈指数上,两组对比差异不明显,且治疗前后对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论在儿童乳磨牙缺损的修复治疗中,金属预成冠修复效果显著,有助于最大限度恢复乳磨牙正常的解剖外形、牙颌关系以及咀嚼功能,提高患儿的生活质量,且应用非常简单,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of metal preformed crown repair technique in the treatment of children's primary molar defects.Methods 107 cases of children with primary molar teeth defects who were admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different selections of treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given the repair by filled lightcured resin,and the children in the observation group were treated with direct repair of metal preformed crowns.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The repair adaptation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);as for the gingival index,the difference between the two groups was not significant,and the difference was not significant before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the repair and treatment of children's primary molar defects,the effect of metal preformed crown restoration is significant,which can help to restore the normal anatomical appearance,tooth-jaw relationship and chewing function of the primary molars to the maximum degree,and improve the quality of life of children.It is also very easy to be operated,which is worthy of promotion.
