CT定位下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺部块状病变诊断中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨分析CT定位下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺部块状病变诊断中的应用。方法:选取我院2017年10月至2018年2月收治的67例行CT定位下经皮肺穿刺活检术的患者,对患者临床资料实施回顾性分析,判断CT定位在经皮肺穿刺活检的价值。结果:在选取的67例肺部占位性病变患者当中,穿刺病例诊断为61例,检验准确率为91.04%。在67例患者当中,有14例患者并发肺部出血,有11例并发气胸,有2例患者出现咯血,并发症总发生率为40.30%。结论:在CT定位下实施经皮肺穿刺活检术能够有效获取组织病例诊断方法,具有较高的准确性和安全性,便于操作,不会对患者造成较大损伤,因此临床应用价值比较高,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the application of percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary massive lesions under CT localization. Methods: 67 patients undergoing percutaneous lung biopsy under CT positioning from October 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.Retrospective analysis of clinical data was performed to determine CT localization in percutaneous lung biopsy value. Results: Among the 67 patients with pulmonary space-occupying lesions, 61 cases were diagnosed as puncture cases, and the test accuracy was 91.04%. In the 67 patients, 14 had pulmonary hemorrhage, 11 had pneumothorax, and 2 had hemoptysis. The total incidence of complications was40.30%. Conclusion: Percutaneous lung biopsy can effectively obtain the method of tissue case diagnosis under CT positioning. It has high accuracy and safety, is easy to operate, and will not cause great damage to patients. Therefore, the clinical application value is relatively high. It is worth promoting.
