摘要
研究悬振锥面选矿机对微细粒锡石的选别效果,确定悬振锥面选矿机盘面转动频率、盘面回旋振动频率及给矿量等主要技术参数。采用先重选后浮选的联合工艺,重选精矿浮选采用BY-9作捕收剂,BY-5抑制脉石矿物。给矿品位在0.282%条件下,通过悬振锥面选矿机预先富集,粗精矿再浮可获得含Sn 42.49%、回收率为48.46%的锡精矿。
        This paper studies the effect of the HVC concentrator on the selection of fine cassiterite,and determines the main technical parameters such as the rotation frequency,circular vibration frequency and the amount of ore to the suspension cone.The combined process of first re-selection and then flotation was used.The BY-9 was used as the collector,and the BY-5 inhibited the gangue minerals.Under condition of feeding grade of 0.282%,the recovery rate of 48.46%tin concentrate containing Sn 42.49%can be obtained by preenrichment of the HVC concentrator.
