摘要
连续油管一体式开窗工具主要由多斜面—阶梯式斜向器和双铣鞋构成。一体式开窗工具可显著减少起下钻的次数,缩短施工周期,降低钻井成本。介绍了连续油管一体式开窗工具的结构设计和工作原理。国外实验及现场应用表明连续油管一体式开窗工具达到了设计要求,能满足现场需要。
For coiled tubing(CT), the submerged windowing facilities are mainly composed of double milling shoes, and stepped whipstock with multiple inclined planes. These facilities may obviously decrease the number of pipe trip, the operation period, and the drilling cost. In this paper, their structural design and working principle are illustrated. Some experiments carried on aboard and field application all show that they can meet a design requirement.So, it's suggested that China should further study this CT technology to realize a widely application as early as possible.
