摘要
接箍磷化是套管生产过程中的一项重要工序,经过磷化处理后的接箍,螺纹表面形成磷化层,在套管进行螺纹连接时能够提高螺纹的抗扣性能。通过对两种接箍磷化工艺的对比研究,选择了一种满足需求的接箍磷化工艺,并设计了一套满足该磷化工艺的磷化设备,现场应用表明该磷化工艺及设计的配套磷化设备,磷化的接箍质量稳定,满足套管生产的需求。
The phosphating of the coupling is an important process in the production process of the casing. After the phosphating of the coupling, the phosphating layer is formed on the surface of the thread, which can improve the anti-adhesive performance of the thread when the casing is threaded. Through a comparative study of the ferrization process of the two couplings, a coupling phosphating process to meet the demand is selected, and a phosphating equipment which can meet the phosphating process is designed. The field application shows that the selected phosphating process and the designed phosphating equipment can meet the quality requirement of the phosphating coupling production.
