摘要
通过对高铁轴承磷化工艺中脱脂剂成分,热水洗工艺,磷化液种类和控制指标,轴承加工等因素的分析和试验,确定了合适的磷化工艺参数:脱脂剂成分为皂类;热水洗温度为50~60℃,清洗时间为30~60 s;磷化液为L-2中温锌系磷化液,并确定了其控制指标。采用优化后的工艺进行磷化,各项指标均能满足高铁轴承对磷化膜的要求。
        The suitable phosphating process parameters are determined through analysis and experiment on composition of degreaser,hot washing process,kinds and control indicators of phosphating solutions,processing of bearings in phosphating technology for high speed railway bearings. The composition of degreaser is soap. The hot washing temperature is between 50 and 60 ℃,and the cleaning time is between 30 and 60 s. The phosphating solution is moderate temperature Zn phosphating solution L-2,and its control indicators are determined. All indicators meet requirements of high speed railway bearings to phosphating film after phosphating is carried out by optimized process.
