摘要
捻股机放线装置的张力波动会造成钢丝绳表面不平整、直线性缺陷等质量问题。有效控制放线张力是钢丝绳生产工艺和设备技术的关键。永磁阻尼放线装置根据磁体的磁滞现象产生的耦合力矩来达到恒张力放线的目的。生产过程中实测丝股的张力稳定无波动,捻制出的钢丝绳品质有很大提升。永磁阻尼放线装置结构简单,价格便宜,免维护,适合大范围推广应用。
        Tension fluctuation of pay-off device of stranding machine will cause quality problems such as surface irregularity and linear defects of wire rope. Control of pay-off tension is the key to production technology and equipment technology of wire rope. Permanent magnet pay-off device uses the coupling moment produced by the magnetic hysteresis of the magnet to achieve the purpose of constant tension. During the production process, the tension of the measured strand is stable and does not fluctuate, and the quality of the lay wire rope is greatly improved. Permanent magnet pay-off device is simple in structure, cheap in price, maintenance free, and suitable for wide application.
