摘要
研究了经膨化剂CWP-N和自制阳离子增深剂预处理芳纶织物的活性染料染色性能。得到的改性芳纶活性染料染色工艺条件为:活性翠蓝KNG染色时,浴比20∶1,50~60℃始染,缓慢升温至100℃染色20 min,加入氢氧化钠1~3 g/L,继续保温染色20 min。结果表明,改性芳纶应用活性染料无盐染色,与未改性织物相比,上染率和染色深度显著提高,皂洗色牢度较好,实现了芳纶的活性染料常压沸染染色,但耐摩擦色牢度还有待提高。
The dyeing properties of reactive dyes on aramid fabrics treated with bulking agent CWP-N and self-made cationic deepening agent are studied. The optimum dyeing conditions are: the modified aramid is dyed with Reactive Turquiose KNG keeping liquor-to-material ratio at 20∶1, the initial dyeing temperature is 50~60 ℃, then the dyeing bath is heated to 100 ℃ slowly. After holding the temperature at 100 ℃ for 20 min, sodium hydroxide of 1~3 g/L is added for fixing about 20 min. The results show that the modified aramid can be dyed with reactive dyes in the absence of salt. Compared with unmodified fabrics, the exhaustion and K/S value are increased significantly, and the soaping fastness of dyed fabric is good. The modified aramid fiber can be dyed under atmospheric pressure and boiling temperature,but the rubbing fastness need to be improved.
