摘要
针对羊毛织物用活性黑KNB在乙醇/水体系中染色,分析了乙醇体积分数、染浴pH值、固色温度、固色时间和纯碱用量对染色性能的影响,并与传统水浴染色效果进行比较。结果表明:乙醇/水体系中乙醇体积分数达到80%时染色后羊毛织物的K/S值达到最大值;当染料用量为2%(owf)时,最佳染色工艺为:染浴pH值4,纯碱1 g/L,固色温度80℃,固色时间60 min左右。在80℃、无电解质促染条件下染色,上染百分率、固色率和各项色牢度均达到了毛用活性染料染色效果,节约了能耗及水耗,并减少对环境污染。
The affecting factors including volume percentage of ethanol, pH value, concentration of Na_2CO_3, fixing temperature and time with reactive black KNB in the ethanol/water system were studied. Results showed that K/S value reached the maximum value in the volume percentage of ethanol 80%, and optimal process of reactive dyes 2%(owf) was pH value 4, sodium carbonate 1 g/L, fixing at 80 ℃ for about 60 min. Compared with the general dyeing method, the dye uptake, fixation and colourfastness of dyed wool fabrics in ethanol/water were the same as that in conventional water dyeing process with Lanasol reactive dyes. This dyeing technology saved energy consumption and water consumption, and reduced environmental pollution.
