碱性水介质中纳米氧化铈的稳定分散研究

摘要
基于水介质中纳米氧化铈(CeO_2)难以稳定分散的技术屏障,在分析纳米氧化铈理化性质的基础上,采用超声波-药剂分散方法,研究了碱性水介质中纳米CeO_2稳定分散的条件与机理。结果表明,在颗粒浓度1000 mg/L的纳米氧化铈母液中加入无机电解质SPP或PSPP,用去离子水稀释并调pH值为10.0,超声波分散-玻璃棒搅拌10 min,当SPP或PSPP浓度为1×10~(-3) mol/L时,静置30 d期间纳米CeO_2的平均粒度几乎不随静置时间变化,平均粒度稳定在160 nm左右,此介质中样品具有良好的长效稳定分散性能。
        In view of the technical trouble of nano cerium oxide being difficult to be stably dispersed in aqueous medium, the condition and mechanism of nano cerium oxide dispersion in alkaline aqueous medium were studied by using ultrasonic-reagent dispersion method, based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of nano cerium oxide. In the research, the mother liquid of nano cerium oxide with particle concentration of 1000 mg/L, after the addition of the inorganic electrolyte such as SPP or PSPP, was diluted with deionized water and adjusted to the pH value of 10.0, then was treated by the process of ultrasonic dispersion plus glass stirring for 10 minutes. When the concentration of SPP or PSPP was 1×10~(-3) mol/L, the average particle size of nano cerium oxide was stable at 160 nm and hardly changed with the variation of standing time during 30 days, and the media had good long-term dispersion stability.
