BPPV诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效的Meta分析

摘要
目的系统评价良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal position vertigo,BPPV)诊疗系统治疗BPPV患者的临床疗效,为BPPV的精准治疗提供临床依据。方法制订全面检索策略进行文献检索,收集所有BPPV诊疗系统治疗BPPV患者的临床资料。结合纳入及排除标准筛选文献。文献的方法学质量采用Cochrane系统评价方法评价,并进行数据提取,应用Stata12.0进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献6篇,患者548例。Meta分析结果显示,BPPV诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效(总有效率)优于手法复位组,差异具有统计学意义[P<0.05,OR=8.11,95%CI(3.12～21.10)]。结论 BPPV诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效显著,值得临床认识及推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a diagnosis and treatment system for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV) and to provide clinical reference for precision treatment of BPPV.Methods A comprehensive literature retrieval strategy was established to collect related clinical research papers on the BPPV diagnosis and treatment system. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were adopted to screen literature.The methodological quality of the literature was evaluated by Cochrane systematic evaluation, and the data was extracted. Stata 12.0 was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 548 patients were included in six articles.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of BPPV using the diagnosis and treatment system was significantly better than that of the manual reduction group, and the difference was statistically significant[P<0.05,OR=8.11,95% CI(3.12～21.10)]. Conclusion This BPPV diagnosis and treatment system is effective in treating BPPV, and is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
