摘要
为了建立阻尼可调式减振器AMESim模型,通过对电磁阀式阻尼可调减振器的力学特性研究建立最初的减振器AMESim模型,然后通过实物测量得到AMESim模型的部分参数。然后利用遗传算法,并根据减振器示功特性实验数据对阻尼可调减振器模型复原阀、流通阀的阀口参数进行辨识。最后进行阻尼可调减振器实际特性实验和AMESim模型仿真特性实验,对比阻尼可调减振器AMESim模型力学特性与实际阻尼可调减振器的力学特性。结果表明所建模型可用于减振器控制算法的设计和估计减振器台架试验中难以测量到的动态数据,为汽车阻尼可调半主动悬架控制研究奠定基础。
        In order to establish the damping-adjustable shock absorber AMESim model,the initial damper AMESim model is established by studying the mechanical characteristics of the solenoid valve damping-adjustable shock absorber. Some parameters of the AMESim model are obtained by measuring objects. Then,the genetic algorithm and the experimental data of the damper function characteristics are used to identify the valve parameters of the restoring valve and circulation valve for the damping-adjustable shock absorber model. Finally,actual characteristic test of damping-adjustable shock absorber and the simulation test of AMESim model is carried out. Comparing the mechanical characteristics of the damping-adjustable shock absorber AMESim model with the mechanical characteristics of it is completed. The results show that the model can be used to design the control algorithm of the absorber and estimate the dynamic data which is difficult to measure in the absorber bench test. It lays the foundation for the research of vehicle semi-active suspension control with adjustable damping.
