公交都市战略与TOD模式关系探析——基于低碳出行的视角

摘要
从低碳出行的角度出发,对以小汽车为导向的城市发展模式进行了深刻反思,分析了公交都市战略和TOD模式提出的背景及其本质,在此基础上探讨了公交都市战略与TOD模式之间相辅相成的关系。最后,针对我国提出的将深圳等城市建设成国家公交都市示范城市这一战略目标,提出了TOD模式对于我国公交都市建设的启示。
        As automobile-oriented urban development brings increasingly serious problems to the transportation,energy,and environment,low carbon city becomes a common appeal for social publics.This paper reviews the automobileoriented urban development from the perspective of low carbon travel,and analyzes the social background under which the concepts of transitcity strategy and TOD mode are put forward,as well as their connotations.On the basis of that,this paper moves on to examine the complementary relationship between transit-city strategy and TOD mode.Finally,in line with the strategic objective to construct Shenzhen into a national model city on transit systems in China,the paper highlights the references that the TOD mode provides to the transit-city construction in China.
