摘要
为了解黑虻虫砂作为有机肥,对铁皮石斛的促长作用;按有机肥料标准(NY525-2012)测定了虫砂的pH值,以及有机质、氮、磷、钾等含量;并按施肥量每盆5、10和15 g将虫砂施用于铁皮石斛盆栽苗上,观察盆栽苗生长。结果表明,亮斑扁角水虻虫砂符合有机肥标准;随着施肥量的增加,铁皮石斛新芽萌发数显著提高。虫砂也能促进新芽长度的延长,但虫砂每盆施用量10 g和15 g的新梢长度无显著差异。试验证明,用鸡粪饲养黑水虻获得的虫砂,腐熟后可以作为有机肥使用。
In order to learn the growth-promoting effect of Hermetia illucens sandworm as organic fertilizer on Dendrobium officinale,p H value of the sandworm and the contents of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were measured according to the standard of organic fertilizer(NY525-2012). Potted seedlings were fertilized with the sandworm of 5, 10 and 15 g/pot(3 treatments),after that their growth were observed. The results showed that the sandworm met the organic fertilizer standard. Germination number of new buds of Dendrobium officinale increased significantly with the increase of the sandworm application. The sandworm also promoted the extension of shoot length, but there was no significant difference in shoot length between sandworm addition of 10 g/pot and 15 g/pot. The results indicated that sandworm of Dendrobium officinale reared on chicken manure could be used as organic fertilizer after decomposition.
