波兰对联合国创建的建议

摘要
1944年底,联合国筹备在即。波兰应联合国执行筹备委员会邀请,对敦巴顿橡胶园的会议提案进行了大量修改,提出了联合国宪章波兰修订草案。波兰认为敦巴顿橡胶园的原会议提案相对于国联条约来说,内容并没有实质的提升,因此在原提案的基础上共增补条款29处,删除条款10条,波兰的修订草案集中体现了波兰对于战后世界的构想与希望。对于波兰草案的解读有助于充实联合国研究,更好理解波兰提高弱国地位,保障相应权益的希冀与诉求。
At the end of 1944, the United Nations was preparing.At the invitation of the executive preparatory committee of the United Nations, Poland had made extensive amendments to the proposal for the Dumbarton Oaks Conference, and put forward a Poland draft amendment to the UN Charter. Poland believed that the original proposal of the Dumbarton Oaks Conference had not been substantially improved compared with the League of nations treaty. Therefore, on the basis of the original proposal, there are29 additional clauses and 10 clauses deleted. The revised draft of Poland embodied the conception and hope of Poland for the post-war world.
