我国高校校级管理机构的角色失范及调适

摘要
在高校校级管理机构角色能力不足的情况下,政府行政力量的不当涉入和高校校级管理机构角色认知偏差导致了其角色行为失范,使其成为外部权力在高校内部的代理者,同时又作为内部二级机构的管控者存在。为保证我国高校实现其应然的角色扮演,需要以法治化为媒介促进其角色定位合理化,并通过角色学习和角色能力建构来提升其角色扮演成功的可能。
In the case of insufficient role capacity of university-level management institutions,the misconduct of the government's administrative power and deviation of the role cognition of university-level management institutions have led to the loss of their role behavior. It has become an agent of external power within the university,and at the same time a controller of the internal secondary organization.In order to ensure the smooth realization of its role in universities,it is necessary to promote the rationalization of its role by using the rule of law as a medium,and through role learning and role ability construction,we can improve the possibility of its role.
