网络舆情法律规制路径分析

摘要
网络舆情不仅成为公众主要的表达方式,舆情本身也要在相应的法律法规制约下运行。公众不能因为拥有言论自由权而逃避网络舆情法律法规规制的制裁。由于我国现有的网络舆情管理体系不完整,缺乏权威性和系统性,甚至缺乏对网友的权利救济制度。要想不断完善网络舆情法律法规策略,就要适时的检测并修改网络舆情基本法及落实多项制度,提高网络舆情管理体系,明确网络舆情管理制度的要求及范围。
Internet public opinions have become the main way of expression for the public, and the public opinion itself should operate under the corresponding laws and regulations. Moreover, the public should not evade sanctions imposed by online public opinion laws and regulations just because of their right of freedom speech. Nowadays, the existing management system of network public opinion in our country is still incomplete,lacking authority and system, and even lacking the rights relief system for netizens. If people want to continuously improve the network public opinion laws and regulations, it is necessary to timely detect and modify the basic law of network, to implement various systems, to improve the management system, and to clarify the requirement and scope of the management system.
