初诊乳腺癌患者阈下抑郁状况与社会关系质量的关系

摘要
目的了解初诊乳腺癌患者阈下抑郁及社会关系质量的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法选择2017年1～12月在荆州市中心医院乳腺科治疗的210例初诊乳腺癌患者为调查对象,运用一般情况调查表、阈下抑郁初筛量表-流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17项版(HAMD-17)调查初诊乳腺癌患者的阈下抑郁状况,运用社会关系质量量表(SRQS)评价初诊乳腺癌患者的社会关系质量,并进行相关性分析。结果初诊乳腺癌患者阈下抑郁发生率为48.6%;非抑郁组患者SRQS总分高于阈下抑郁组(P <0.01);患者CES-D总分与SRQS总分及各维度得分均呈明显负相关(P <0.01)。结论初诊乳腺癌患者阈下抑郁发生率较高,与社会关系质量密切相关,应重视初诊时期患者阈下抑郁的心理问题,及时增加心理干预,提高社会关系质量,进而提高生存质量。
Objective To investigate the status of subthreshold depression and the quality of social relations in patients preliminarily diagnosed with breast cancer, and to explore their relationship. Methods From January to December 2017,a total of 210 patients newly diagnosed with breast cancer in Jingzhou Central Hospital were selected as research subjects. The general questionnaire, Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D), Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD-17) were used to investigate the subthreshold depression in the newly diagnosed breast cancer patients, and Social Relational Quality Scale(SQRS) was used to evaluate the social relationship quality, and correlation analysis was performed. Results The subthreshold depression detection rate was 48.6% of patients newly diagnosed with breast cancer. The SQRS scores in non-depression patients was higher than that of patients with subthreshold depression(P < 0.01). The CES-D scores was significantly negatively correlated to the total scores and every factor scores of SRQS(P < 0.01). Conclusion The incidence of subthreshold depression in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients is high, and it is closely related to the quality of social relations. Psychological status of newly diagnosed breast cancer patients should be paid attention to, psychological intervention should be increased in time, to improve the social relation quality, and then improve quality of life.
