广泛性焦虑障碍血浆神经肽Y、P物质水平及相关因素分析

摘要
目的探讨广泛性焦虑障碍(generalized anxiety disorder,GAD)患者发病期血浆神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)及P物质(substance P,SP)水平及其相关影响因素。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定50例GAD患者(GAD组)和48例健康者(正常对照组)的血浆NPY、SP水平。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17项(17-item Hamilton rating scale for depression,HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评估患者的临床症状。结果与正常对照组比较,GAD组的血浆NPY水平降低[(5.04±1.45)μg/mL vs(8.27±2.18)μg/mL,P<0.01],SP水平升高[(7.24±2.17)μg/mL vs(5.38±1.94)μg/mL,P<0.01];NPY水平与HAMA总分呈负相关(r=-0.41,P=0.03),SP水平与HAMA总分呈正相关(r=0.58,P=0.02)。结论 GAD患者可能存在外周NPY能及SP能神经元功能紊乱。
