基于微信平台的医保费用查询系统的设计与实现

摘要
社会医疗保险制度作为一项关系国计民生的重要政策,已得到了社会的高度重视。随着全民医保政策的推行,医保患者在医院患者中所占比例越来越大。移动互联网的兴起,智能手机的普及,为医保查询提供新的便捷手段。实践表明,基于微信平台的医保费用查询系统的解决方案,能够充分发挥信息化手段的作用,实现"智慧医疗",提高医生单位时间内的劳务价值,为群众提供更便捷高效的服务,改善患者就医体验。
The medical insurance system is a most important policy effect on the national economic plan which has drawn great attention from the whole society. As the policy of universal medical insurance extending, the number of medical insurance patients in patients should rise, representing an ever larger proportion of their total personnel. The rise of mobile Internet and the popularity of smart phones provide new and convenient means for medical insurance inquiries. A new scheme of using WeChat to design and implement of medical insurance cost inquiry system is discussed in the paper. It is showed that information management tool is sufficiently used to realize wisdom medical and to improve the service value of doctors in unit time. The system has provided more convenient and efficient service to the masses and to improve the patient's experience in medical treatment.
