社会弹性与农民工的城市社会融合

摘要
通过将弹性概念运用到社会生活领域,从宏观、中观和微观不同层面出发,将社会弹性分解为机会平等、社区包容、社会支持、创新能力和心理弹性五个维度,采用"社会质量视角下的农民工市民化研究"课题数据,使用多元线性回归方法探讨社会弹性与农民工社会融合之间的关系。研究结果表明,农民工的社会融合在整体上呈现出从经济融合到心理融合的层层递进趋势;社会弹性对农民工的社会融合具有显著影响,其中,机会平等和心理弹性对农民工社会融合的作用尤为突出。
This article explores the relation between social flexibility and migrant workers social integration on macro,mid and micro levels based on the application of the social flexibility concept,w hich includes five domains,opportunity equity,community inclusiveness,social support,innovation ability and psychological flexibility.Data reveals that social flexibility is a progressing process in the above five factors which remarkably impact the social integration of migrant workers,w ithin which,equal opportunity and psychological flexibility play a most important role in the impact of migrant workers social integration.
