三种负荷强度下不同间歇时间对卧推速度损失及血乳酸浓度的影响

摘要
研究旨在分析三种卧推训练方案中,在每一次重复之间设置一定的主动间歇时间后,对受试者运动表现和生理代谢方面所产生的影响。依照0s、10s和20s的间歇时长,实验把30名经历过抗阻训练的男性受试者随机分配到被命名为"连续组"、"10s组"和"20s组"的三个组别,同步执行三种不同的卧推训练方案。这三种训练方案分别采用60%、70%和80%的1RM负荷强度,对应3组6次、3组5次和3组4次的训练安排。实验采用三组练习时杠铃杆的推进速度和训练前后的血乳酸浓度来评价肌肉疲劳。实验结果显示,在所有三个运动方案中,两个"间歇组"(10秒组和20秒组)在进行卧推训练时的速度损失率与血乳酸浓度均显著低于"连续组"(P<0.05)。总之,"间歇组"产生的疲劳相对"连续组"显著偏低,但两个"间歇组"之间的所有变量均无显著差异。
        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of deliberate intervals between each repetition on exercise performance and physiological metabolism. According to the interval time of 0 seconds, 10 seconds and 20 seconds, 30 male subjects who had undergone resistance training were randomly assigned to three groups named "continuous group", "10 seconds group" and "20 seconds group". Three different training schemes were performed simultaneously. The three training schemes adopt 60%, 70% and 80% 1 RM load respectively, which corresponds to 6, 5 and 4 repetitions. Muscle fatigue was evaluated by the loss of propulsion velocity over three sets of exercises and the blood lactate was measured before and after exercise. The results showed that The percentage of velocity loss over three sets and lactate concentration were significantly lower(P< 0.05) for two "intermittent" groups(10 seconds group and 20 seconds group) compared to "continuous group" in all training schemes.In conclusion,both "intermittent" groups produced a significant lower degree of fatigue compared to "continuous group" group.However, no significant differences were found in any measured variables between two "intermittent" groups.
