摘要
汽车节能环保要求的不断提高一定程度上促进了镁合金材料零部件的开发与应用。随着镁合金材料的应用增多,焊接技术将成为其大量应用前亟待解决的一项难题。本文基于镁合金的材料属性特点,分析了镁合金的焊接性及其相关质量问题,讨论了镁合金的主流焊接方法及其工艺特点,简述了镁合金材料在汽车上的主要应用情况,并对镁合金的应用和发展方向进行了展望。
The improvement of automotive energy saving and environmental protection requirements has promoted the development and application of magnesium alloy parts to some extent. With the extensive application of the magnesium alloy, the welding technology has become a problem urgently to be solved. In this paper, based on the material properties of magnesium alloy, the weldability and related quality problems of magnesium alloy are analyzed,the mainstream welding methods and process characteristics of magnesium alloy are discussed, the main applications of magnesium alloy in automobile are briefly described, and the application and development direction of magnesium alloy are prospected.
