摘要
对光电经纬仪中常用的精密径向密珠滚动轴承组件设计参数进行了探讨,主要有轴承尺寸、钢球直径、钢球数量、钢球过盈量、轴承载荷等相关要素的影响及组合分析,通过对钢球额定载荷、钢球最大载荷、钢球过盈负荷等计算校核,提出了1种参数的设计和工艺校核的算法,最后结合我单位已研制成功的多种型号光电经纬仪轴系的经验数据进行了统计分析,证明了该方法的可行性,为精密光电经纬仪轴系中滚动轴承的设计及校核提供了1种有效的方法。
The paper discusses the design parameters for the sophisticated components of radical rolling bearings with intensive balls commonly used inphotoelectronic theodolite,including the influence of the relevant elements such as the size of bearing,the diameter,amount and interference of the balls,the bearing load,etc,and the assembling analysis. An algorithm of parameters designing and process checking is proposed through calculating and checking the specified and maximum loads of balls and their interference load,etc,and the algorithm combined with the empirical data for the multiple types of photoelectronic theodolite shafting developed by our institute is subjected to statistical analysis,proving its feasibility. Thus an effective way of designing and checking the rolling bearing in sophisticated photoelectronic theodolite shafting is provided.
