基于文献计量的昆虫基因组研究发展态势浅析

摘要
自2000年黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)基因组公布以来,昆虫基因组学得到了快速发展并为昆虫学的研究思路和方法带来了革命性转变。本文以昆虫基因组学相关的中外文献与专利为研究基础,利用文献计量学和信息可视化方法,分析了近年来农业昆虫基因组学研究的发展态势,综述了全球及我国昆虫基因组领域SCI论文及专利的发展趋势,并对我国昆虫基因组学研究发展提出了建议与展望。
Since the Drosophila melanogaster genome published in 2000, the insect genomics has developed rapidly. It brings a revolutionary change to the research strategy and technique of the entomology. Based on the papers and patents of insect genomics research, we summarized and analyzed the development tendency of agricultural insect genomics research in recent years by bibliometrics and information visualization. Compared with global trend of academic papers and patents in insect genomic research field, we figured out the advantages and disadvantages in this field in recent China, and provided suggestions and prospects for the development of insect genomics research in this article.
