摘要
介绍了在同步工程阶段针对后轮罩外板成形问题提出其结构设计更改,后期工艺设计时改善压料面以减小拉深深度,改善凸模轮廓宽度及在轮弧部位凸模顶部增加工艺补充,改善了轮弧顶部触料时机和减小回弹量,在角部增加立壁凹弧设计解决角部起皱问题,通过一系列新型工艺设计解决制件的开裂、起皱及回弹问题。
        Some changes for the forming problem of the rear wheel housingouter panel in the stage of synchronous engineering were presented. In the later stage, the pressure surface was improved to reduce the drawing depth, and the profile width of the punch was improved, and the excess material was added at the top of the punch in the arc position.It changed the time to contact part at the top of the arc and reduced the springback.Also,the corner wrinkling was solved by adding a concave arc at the corner. A series of new process were designed to solve the cracking, wrinkling and springback of the parts.
