探讨拔牙术后异常出血的原因及预防措施

摘要
目的探讨拔牙术后异常出血的原因及预防措施。方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年3月期间收治的300例因拔牙术后出现异常出血患者,采用回顾分析法对所有患者手术期间出血状况与出血时间进行统计、对比,找出出血原因,并寻求有针对性的解决方法。结果 (1)本次研究所有患者出血原因分析:通过治疗过程中对比临床治疗得知,导致患者牙齿病变的的原因为:牙龈撕裂、牙槽骨骨折、拔牙窝内血管破裂、组织残留、术后处理不当等。以上所有导致患者牙齿病变的原因中,以牙龈撕裂最为严重;(2)本次研究所有患者异常出血发生时间分析:患者采用拔牙手术治疗后,出血情况多集中在术后8 h左右,较为常见在8-12 h,以术后24-48 h最少。结论患者在接受牙齿拔出手术治疗后出现出血情况具有多方面的原因,临床治疗时针对单个患者的致病原因,寻求有针对性的治疗方法,对治疗患者病症,缓解患者痛苦,有极为重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of abnormal bleeding after tooth extraction.MethodsSelected from our hospital in February 2016 to March 2017 during the treatment of 300 cases due to tooth extraction after abnormal bleeding patients.a retrospective analysis of all patients during surgery compared bleeding and bleeding time were statistically,find out the cause of bleeding,and seek for the solution.Results(1) This study all patients bleeding through clinical analysis:the treatment process of the comparison,the cause of disease for patients with tooth:gingival laceration,fracture of alveolar bone,the extraction fossa rupture of blood vessels,tissue residue,postprocessing and improper operation.Gingival tear is most serious in all of the above causes of the patient's teeth.(2) the time of abnormal bleeding of all patients in this study was analyzed.The bleeding was mostly concentrated in 8 h after operation,and it was more common in 8-12 h and 24-48 h after operation.Conclusion In patients receiving teeth after surgical treatment of bleeding has many reasons,causes for clinical treatment in individual patients,seek targeted therapies,to treat patients,alleviate the suffering of patients,have very important significance.
