外泌体在卵巢癌转移及诊疗中的研究进展

摘要
卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,死亡率居女性生殖道肿瘤之首。长久以来,对卵巢癌转移机理的研究一直聚焦于肿瘤细胞与机体之间的相互作用。而近年来,外泌体被发现在肿瘤细胞及肿瘤微环境物质之间可以进行信息传递,这为肿瘤转移研究领域开辟了新的思路。外泌体是细胞分泌的脂质双分子层结构的纳米级囊泡,广泛参与细胞间信息传递和物质交换等多种病理生理过程。外泌体不仅能够反映分泌细胞的生理和功能状态,在调控肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭及转移中也发挥了重要作用。本文将对外泌体在卵巢癌转移机制及诊疗中的研究进展做一综述。
