神经介入治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的临床疗效

摘要
目的:研究神经介入治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的效果。方法:将2015年～2016年因缺血性脑血管疾病入院治疗的76例患者根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规内科治疗,观察组在此基础上给予神经介入治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损情况、动脉血管改善及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗后NHISS评分显著下降,且降低幅度远远高于对照组(P<0.01);血管再通情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后各类并发症也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经介入治疗缺血性脑血管病效果确切,提高患者的血管再通率,改善神经功能缺损。
Objective:To study the effect of interventional therapy for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:76 patients admitted to a hospital for ischemic cerebrovascular disease from 2015 to 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was given routine medical treatment,and the observation group was given neurointerventional treatment on the basis of the control group.The incidence of neurologic impairment,arteries and adverse reaction were compared.Results:After treatment,the NHISS scores of observation group were significantly decreased,and the decrease was far higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);And vascular recanalization of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);All postoperative complications were also significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is effective,it can improve the recanalization rate and the nerve function defect phenomenon.
