一期前后路联合手术治疗胸腰椎结核临床分析

摘要
目的探析一期前后路联合手术治疗胸腰椎结核临床应用效果。方法搜集2016年9月—2017年9月期间在该院接受治疗的76例胸腰椎结核患者作为该次的研究对象,根据接诊的前后顺序分成对照组(单纯后路治疗)及治疗组(后路联合手术治疗),每组均分为38例,观察与比较两组胸腰椎结合患者经不同方式治疗后的临床应用效果。结果治疗组胸腰椎结核患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、住院费用,均明显优于对照组,差异有可比性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组胸腰椎结核患者经手术治疗后的临床总有效率为36(94.74%),明显高于对照组胸腰椎结核患者的临床总有效率的26例(68.42%),两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.689,P<0.05)。结论采用一期前后路联合手术治疗胸腰椎结核临床应用效果佳,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of one-stage combined anterior and posterior surgery for thoracolumbar tuberculosis. Methods 76 patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled as the study subjects. They were divided into control group(postcourse treatment) and treatment group(post-surgical combined surgery) according to the order of the patients, each group was divided into 38 cases, the clinical application effect of the two groups of patients with thoracolumbar spine combined with different methods was observed and compared. Results The operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization cost of the patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was comparable, statistically significant(t=4.578, P<0.05);The total effective rate of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis patients after surgery of the treatment group was 36 cases(94.74%), which was significantly higher than the 26 cases(68.42%) of the total clinical effective rate of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis patients in the control group. The difference between the two groups was comparable, with statistical significance(χ~2=8.689, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of one-stage anterior and posterior combined surgery for thoracolumbar tuberculosis is good and worthy of clinical promotion.
