摘要

目的研究观察普拉克索治疗帕金森的临床效果。方法选取84例2017年1月～2018年1月期间来我院就诊的帕金森患者,根据电脑双盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,观察组使用普拉克索治疗,对照组采用美多芭进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83.33%,显著高于对照组治疗总有效率64.29%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);简易智力状态检查量表评分(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分(MoCA)对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普拉克索治疗帕金森的临床效果显著,值得推广使用。
        Objective To study the clinical effect of pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson.Methods 84 Parkinson patients who came to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into the observationgroup and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with prasexo, and thecontrol group was treated with Mei do ba.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The totaleffective rate of treatment in the observation group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group. The total effective rate was 64.29%,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the simple intelligence stateexamination scale score(MMSE) and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale score(MoCA) were significantlydifferent, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole is effective in the treatment ofParkinson,and is worthy of promotion.
