摘要
目的观察本体感神经肌肉易化法(PNF)对实兵对抗演习后坦克乘员肌疲劳的干预作用。方法采用自制调查表筛选出415名实兵对抗演习结束后肌疲劳的坦克乘员,随机分为PNF组211人及对照组204人,PNF组演习结束后当天且连续7 d针对双上肢及骨盆带肌肉采用本体感觉神经肌肉促进法干预。在实兵对抗演习结束当天至第7天分别评定肌疲劳程度、VAS评分以及生化指标。结果演习结束后第7天PNF组中度肌疲劳人数少于对照组(P<0.05);VAS评分PNF组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);PNF组Mb、ALT、AST、LDH、CK与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 PNF法能有效减轻实兵对抗演习后坦克乘员肌疲劳程度。
        Objective To observe the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) intervention on muscular fatigue after force-on-force training in tank soldiers. Methods A total of 415 muscular fatigue of tank soldiers following force-on-force training were selected by means of self-designed questionnaire and randomly divided them into the control group with a total of 204 stayed quietly after-training and the PNF group with a total of 211 receiving PNF intervention on muscle around both upper extremities and pelvic girdle on the day after training and over a period of 7 days. The degrees of muscle fatigue,visual analog scale(VAS) and blood biochemistry parameters were precisely observed at 1,7 days after force-on-force training,respectively. Results The significant differences about the moderate degree of muscle fatigue,VAS and rate of blood biochemistry parameters(myoglobin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase) at7 day after training among the two groups were observed(P <0.05). Conclusion PNF can effectively relieve muscle fatigue of tank soldiers after force-on-force training.
