摘要
<正>神经血管耦合(neurovascular coupling,NVC)是颅神经代谢的基础,很多神经系统疾病的早期,如卒中、小血管病变、神经变性病等存在一定程度的NVC功能障碍。因此,通过检查并及早发现NVC功能异常对神经系统疾病的早期诊断尤为重要。目前,检查NVC的方法有功能MRI、单光子发射体层摄影、正电子成像及氙清除技术等,但其均要求受试者制动,对时间分辨率较差,而且检查费用较昂贵,
