新产程下分娩球应用联合自由体位分娩对产程进展及分娩结局的影响研究

摘要
目的研究在新产程下使用分娩球联合自由体位分娩对产妇产程进展、分娩结局的效果。方法选取2016年10月—2018年1月期间郑州大学第五附属医院收治的产妇作为研究对象,按电脑随机数字表分成对照组和观察组,每组产妇各34例。予以常规分娩体位的为对照组,予以分娩球联合自由分娩体位的为观察组,观察两组患者的产程进展情况及分娩结局。结果观察组产妇第一、二、三产程及总产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组产妇产后大出血率及新生儿窒息率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇施以分娩球联合自由体位进行分娩,可将产程时间减少,还改善了分娩结局,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To study the effect of using pellet and free position delivery in the new stage of labor on the progress and outcome of parturition.Methods Sixty-eight puerperas in the hospital from Oct,2016 to Jan,2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to computerized digital table. 34 cases in control group were given routine delivery posture,and the observation group were given delivery ball combined with free delivery position. The progress of labor and the outcome of delivery were observed.Results The duration of the first,second and third stage of delivery and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and the new period in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The delivery time can be reduced and the delivery outcome can be improved by giving birth ball combined with free position,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
