摘要
在硫酸体系萃取分离稀土过程中,为了提高萃取能力,避免硫酸稀土复盐生成,通常采用钙盐或镁盐对P507进行皂化。由于钙、镁化合物反应活性不同,杂质含量差异较大,容易造成反应不完全以及萃取乳化等现象。本课题通过不同固体镁盐和液体碳酸氢镁对P507有机相进行皂化对比,选择出满足实际工艺生产过程的最优镁盐皂化剂。
During the process of rare earth extraction separation in sulphuric acid system, the P507 is usually saponified with calcium or magnesium salts to improve the ability of extraction and avoid the formation of rare earth sulfate compound salts.Due to the different reactivity of calcium and magnesium compounds, and the content of impurities varies greatly, it is easy to cause the incomplete reaction and extraction emulsification and so on. In this paper, the optimal magnesium salt saponification agent was sifted out via the comparation of the P507 organic phase saponified by different solid magnesium salt and liquid magnesium bicarbonate.
