摘要
详细介绍了厚层坚硬顶板综放采煤条件下混凝土充填沿空留巷的工艺,详细分析了留巷的基本支护、超前补强支护和单体临时加强支护技术,特别强调分析了深孔爆破预裂顶板和混凝土模袋挂设工艺;通过现场应用表明深孔爆破切顶、锚杆索支护、巷旁混凝土支护和单体临时支护四位一体的工艺适合此种条件下的沿空留巷要求。对于坚硬厚顶开采厚煤层实施沿空留巷有一定的借鉴意义。
        Introduces in detail the technology of concrete filling and gob-side entry retaining under the condition of fully mechanized caving mining with thick and hard roof, analyzes in detail the basic support, advanced reinforcement support and temporary reinforcement support technology of single unit,especially emphasizes the technology of deep hole blasting pre-splitting roof and concrete bag hanging.The four-in-one technology of hole blasting roof cutting, bolt cable support, roadside concrete support and single temporary support is suitable for gob-side entry retaining under this condition. The work has certain reference significance for the implementation of gob side entry retaining when mining thick coal seam with hard thick top.
