复合添加剂对高MgO烧结矿铁酸钙生成的影响

摘要
针对高炉炉料中Al_2O_3质量分数过高会造成高炉炉渣粘度过大、脱硫能力降低,严重制约高铝矿在高炉中使用的问题,采用向烧结矿原料中加入少量低熔点复合添加剂BC或BN,以促进烧结过程中铁酸钙的生成,从而改善烧结矿强度。试验结果表明,加入这两种添加剂后,烧结试样中铁酸钙质量分数均有增多,并且BC添加剂对铁酸钙生成的促进作用较BN添加剂明显; BC添加剂加入量的多少对铁酸钙的生成量影响不大,在加入0. 094%BC后,烧结试样中铁酸钙呈现出良好的针状; BN添加剂加入量为0. 235%时,铁酸钙生成量最多,但其对铁酸钙形态无明显影响。另外,添加剂的加入有助于抑制磁铁矿的氧化。
        High quantity of aluminum trioxide in blast furnace can result in high viscosity of slag,and low desulfurization ability,which seriously limits the use of high aluminum ores in blast furnace. Therefore,a few low melting point composite additives BC or BN are added in the sintering materials to promote SFCA generation,by which to improve sinter strength. The result shows that all these two additives can accelerate the formation of SFCA obviously in sintering samples,and BC additive presents better promotion of SFCA generation than BN additive. The amount of BC additive has little influence on formation of SFCA. At 0. 094 percentage of BC additive,good needle-like SFCA is obtained in sintering samples. At 0. 235 percentage of BN additive,we can get the most amount of SFCA in samples but with no change in SFCA morphology. In addition,additives help to inhibit the oxidation of magnetite during sintering process.
