摘要
在航空机电产品制造企业里,一般都采用基于经验的设计模式来进行装配生产线规划。随着航空机电产品的升级,生产流程越来越复杂,生产线规划所需要考虑的要素越来越多,现有的生产线规划模式已经难以满足企业生产能力提升和工艺规划能力发展的需求。通过建立生产线模型,在规划阶段完成产能计算、物流仿真和效果验证工作,基于仿真的装配生产线规划技术的研究和应用,为生产线规划提供了一套有效的验证手段。
The experience-based design model is generally adopted for assembly line planning in aeromechanical products manufacturing enterprises. With the upgrading of aeromechanical products, the production process becomes complicated, and more factors need to be considered in production line planning, the existing production line planning model has been unable to meet the needs of improving production capacity and developing process planning capacity. The research and application of new production line planning model based on the simulation technology, by establishing the model production line, and completing capacity calculation in the planning stage, logistics simulation and effect verification work, is an effective means of production line planning aided design and verification.
