摘要
将禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)JC株在Vero细胞上传代传至第50代时,细胞适应毒株毒价为105.6TCID50/m L;雏鸡致病性试验结果显示,aMPV JC株细胞传代第50代与亲本毒F0相比感染雏鸡发病率降低,病理变化减轻,表明第F50细胞适应毒的毒力减弱。
Avian metapneumovirus( a MPV) JC strain was propagated in Vero cells. The virus titer reached to 105. 6 TCID5 0/m L after 50 passages. Compared to parental virus,the morbidity rate decreased and the pathological changes were alleviated in chicken after being challenged with passage 50 virus. It indicated that the virulence of F50 cell adapted strain was attenuated.
