城市社区公园活力营造与环境行为研究——以南京市南湖公园为例

摘要
城市社区公园作为居民日常生活中使用频率最高的户外休闲活动场所,是社区活力的重要体现。从环境行为学的相关理论入手,选择南京市南湖公园中的游人作为研究对象,通过行动观察法与抽样调查法,研究游人在不同时间、空间中的主要行为特征,探讨城市社区公园活力的营造,为合理设计社区公园提供依据。结果表明,步行可达性、亚空间、功能性要求、文娱活动、环境景观是社区公园活力营造的关键要素,社区公园的营建要从规划选址、设计策略、政策管理3个层面探讨。
As the highest frequency of use of outdoor leisure activities in residents' daily life, urban community park is an important manifestation of the vitality of the community. This paper starts from the interrelated theory of environment-behavior studies, chooses visitors in Nanjing Nanhu Park as the object of study,using the observation method and sampling method to study. Then, visitors' main behavioral characteristics at different times and spaces are summed up. And it discusses how to create the livingness of urban community parks,provides the basis for the rational design of community park. The results show that walking accessibility, sub space, functional requirements, cultural and recreational activities, environmental landscape are the key elements of the community park creating vitality, the construction of community park should discuss from the site selection, design strategy, policy management three aspects.
