摘要

目的研究使用伽马刀治疗脑垂体瘤后的磁共振影响特点。方法回顾性分析我院收治的52例有完整临床和术后随访资料的垂体瘤患者磁共振影像,调查患者术后12～41个月后的随访资料,分析所有患者中的腺瘤患病类型以及对应的伽马刀治疗后的磁共振影像特点。结果从MRI影像结果(消失、缩小、不变)分析共有49名患者垂体瘤病情已得到有效控制。结论随访伽马刀治疗后垂体瘤患者的病情应首先选择MRI技术,检测结果准确率很高,对于患者愈后具有良好的指导作用。
        Objective To study the characteristics of magnetic resonance(MR) after gamma knife treatment of pituitary adenomas.Methods 52 patients with pituitary adenoma who had complete clinical and postoperative follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed.The follow-up data of 12 to 41 months after operation were investigated.The types of adenoma in all patients and the corresponding characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging after gamma knife treatment were analyzed.Results The pituitary adenoma condition of 49 patients was effectively controlled according to the results of MRI(disappearance,shrinkage, invariability).Conclusion In the follow-up of patients with pituitary adenoma after gamma knife treatment, the first choice is MRI technology. The accuracy of the test results is very high, which has a good guiding role for the patient's prognosis.
