摘要
毛红椿是楝科香椿属植物,其生长迅速,树干通直,素有"中国桃花心木"之称,是珍贵的用材树种,具有很高的经济价值和开发前景。为系统揭示其天然群体表型变异程度和变异规律,对毛红椿天然分布区内的10个天然群体11个表型性状进行分析。采用巢式方差分析、相关分析和聚类分析等多种方法,分析群体间和群体内的表型多样性。研究结果表明,毛红椿11个种实表型性状在群体间和群体内都存在显著的差异,群体间表型分化系数为50.35%,大于群体内变异(49.65%)。果实和种子的平均变异系数分别为9.55%和10.52%,果实的变异系数较小,表明果实的稳定性要比种子的高。通过对毛红椿表型性状的聚类分析将毛红椿10个天然群体划分为4类。相关结果显示果实重量、果实长度、果宽基和种子长度是影响毛红椿表型多样性的主要因素。
        Toona ciliata var. pubescens is deciduous, broad-leaved, growing fastly tree species belonging to Toona genus and Meliaceae. It is a valuable tree species, and has high economic values and developing foreground. Objectives of this paper were to investigate level of phenotypic variation between and within populations, ten natural populations of T. ciliata var. pubescens was studied. 11 cone and seed phenotypic traits of populations were analyzed and nested variance analysis, correlation analysis, cluster analysis were used to analyze phenotypic data. Significant difference of 11 phenotypic traits between and within populations were found. The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient among populations was 50.35%, which was more than that of within populations(49.65%). The variation coeffients of cone and seed phenotypic traits were 9.55% and 10.52%, respectively. The stability of cone is higher than seed. According to UPGMA cluster analysis, the ten population of T. ciliata var. pubescens were divided into four groups. The results of correlation analysis showed that GZ, GC, GKJ and ZC were the most important phenotypic traits affect on phenotypic diversity of T. ciliata var. pubescens.
