全程绿色通道护理路径在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的价值分析

摘要
目的探讨全程绿色通道护理路径在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月至2017年12月本院急诊科收治的高热惊厥患儿67例作为对照组,选取2018年1月至2018年6月收治的高热惊厥患儿70例作为观察组,对照组给予传统护理方式干预,观察组给予全程绿色通道护理路径干预,比较两组患儿临床治疗指标,入院时和入院后1h后体温,病情控制情况,家长对护理工作的满意度,出院后对患儿进行随访,比较两组患儿后遗症发生率。结果观察组患儿的急救、退热、惊厥消失和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿入院1h后体温均较入院时下降(P<0.05),观察组患儿入院1h后体温低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的病情稳定控制率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿死亡率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的后遗症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程绿色通道护理路径可以缩短高热惊厥患儿的抢救时间,改善临床症状和预后,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度,应进一步应用在临床。
Objective To explore the whole path green pathway nursing pathway in emergency children with high fever convulsion. Methods A total of 67 children with high fever convulsion from June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group and 70 children from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group. The control group accepted conventional nursing while the observation group accepted whole path green pathway nursing pathway. The clinical therapeutic index, body temperature at admission and 1 hour after admission, disease control, the incidence of sequela and the satisfaction level of children's parents were compared between the two groups. Results The time first-aid, antifebrile, convulsion vanishing and hospital stays of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The body temperature at 1 hour after admission of the two groups were lower than that at admission and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The rate of disease control and the complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The rate of death had no statistical difference(P>0.05). The satisfaction level in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The whole path green pathway nursing pathway can shorten the first-aid time and improve the clinical symptoms of children with high fever convulsion and increase the satisfaction level of parents and it is worth of clinical promotion.
