摘要

本文以科技全球化的挑战与中国的因应举措为重点,总结了改革开放40年来中国在应对科技全球化方面的策略举措和成功经验,并对今后科技全球化的演进趋势和整合全球科技资源、深度融入全球科技创新网络的不确定因素提出了自己的看法。
        The author focuses on challenges of the globalization of science and technology(S&T) and how China responds to these challenges. A summary is made about China's measures and experience of successfully coping with S&T globalization in the past forty years since the implementation of reform and opening up policy. The author also comments on future tendency of S&T globalization and the uncertainties of mobilizing global S&T resources and deep involvement in global S&T innovation network.
