摘要
有效调动更多的智力资源是创造性团队保持竞争力的重要途径,来自员工的建言行为应该受到充分重视。调查分析29支创造性团队发现:德行领导与员工建言行为呈正向关系,而威权领导与其呈负向关系;任务互依性正向调节德行领导对建言行为的积极效应,且正向调节威权领导对建言行为的消极效应;在高任务复杂性的团队中,任务互依性对德行领导与建言行为关系的正向调节作用增强。
