摘要

阐述了山西省省级财政科技计划、专项、基金管理的现状以及改革的主要目的,从建立全省科技管理平台和形成五大类科技计划体系2个方面,深入分析了山西省科技计划(专项、基金等)管理改革的实践情况,探讨了改革以来取得的主要成效。
        This paper expounds management present situation of the Shanxi provincial public finance science and technology plan,special project,fund and the main purpose of the reform. From two aspects of setting up the provincial science and technology management platform and formed five types of science and technology plan system,this paper analyzes special management reform practice of the Shanxi Province science and technology plan(special project,fund,etc.),discusses the reform's main achievements.
