科技领导与新产品开发绩效的关系研究

摘要
文章对科技领导与高新技术企业新产品开发绩效的关系以及技术网络关系与企业知识相似性在以上关系所起的中介与调节作用进行了实证研究。研究以广州地区118家战略性新兴产业企业高层管理者作为调查对象进行数据收集,通过结构方程模型实证检验发现:科技领导对企业技术网络关系构建和新产品开发绩效均具有显著的正向影响;技术网络关系能显著提升企业新产品开发绩效以及部分中介科技领导与企业新产品开发绩效之间的关系;企业知识相似性在科技领导促进企业技术网络关系构建过程中起显著的调节作用,即网络间企业知识相似性程度越高,科技领导的实施对企业技术网络关系构建的正向作用就越强烈。
This paper selected 118 high-tech firms from strategic emerging industries from Guangzhou as empirical research samples for studying the relationship of technology leadership, technology network relationship and new product development performance with the method of Structural Equation Model(SEM). The results show that, firstly, technology leadership has direct positive effect on both technology network relationship building up and new product development performance of high-tech firms; secondly, technology network relationship can increase new product development performance significantly, and partially mediates the relationship between technology leadership and new product development performance significantly; thirdly, knowledge similarity moderates the relationship between technology leadership and technology network relationship significantly.
