摘要
目的:研究中青年焦虑症患者血尿酸水平与焦虑程度、神经递质及细胞因子分泌的相关性。方法:选择我院2015年3月~2018年2月期间诊断为广泛性焦虑的中青年患者作为焦虑组,同期体检的健康者作为对照组。采集外周血后测定尿酸、神经递质及细胞因子的含量,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)判断焦虑程度。结果:焦虑组的血尿酸水平明显高于对照组且HAMA评分越高,血尿酸水平的升高越显著;焦虑组的血5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、IL-17、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)均明显高于对照组,神经肽Y(NPY)、IL-4、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)含量均明显低于对照组;焦虑组的血尿酸水平与5-HT、NE、DA、IL-1α、IL-17、IFN-γ含量呈正相关,与NPY、IL-4、TGF-β含量呈负相关。结论:中青年焦虑症患者血尿酸水平的升高与焦虑程度的加重、神经递质及细胞因子分泌的异常有关。
        Objective:To study the correlation of blood uric acid level with the degree of anxiety as well as the neurotransmitter and cytokine secretion in young and middle-aged patients with anxiety disorder.Methods:The young and middleaged patients diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder in our hospital between March 2015 and February 2018 were selected as anxiety group,and healthy subjects receiving physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Peripheral blood was collected to detect the contents of uric acid,neurotransmitters and cytokines,and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)was adopted to judge the degree of anxiety.Results:The blood uric acid level of anxiety group was obviously higher than that of control group and the higher the HAMA scores,the more significant the rising of blood uric acid levels;blood 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT),norepinephrine (NE),dopamine (DA),interleukin-1α (IL-1α),IL-17 and interferon-γ (IFN-γ)contents of anxiety group were significantly higher than those of control group whereas neuropeptide Y (NPY),IL-4 and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)contents were significantly lower than those of control group;blood uric acid level of the anxiety group was positively correlated with 5-HT,NE,DA,IL-1α,IL-17 and IFN-γcontents,and negatively correlated with NPY,IL-4 and TGF-βcontents.Conclusion:The rise of blood uric acid level in young and middle-aged patients with anxiety disorder is related to the aggravation of anxiety degree as well as the abnormal secretion of neurotransmitters and cytokines.
