摘要
为了更好地将科研与教学结合,基于科研项目搭建了关于数控加工制造过程监测和控制的实验平台。此实验平台包含4个彼此相关的实验,并在实验过程中给学生充分的发挥空间和打破标准答案的考核模式,以达到对学生研究和创新意识的培养。实验平台在机电专业和研究生中实施后,结果显示,该实验平台将理论和实际有效结合,锻炼了学生的实际应用能力,并提高了学生的研究思维和创新意识。
In order to tightly integrate research into teaching,a research-oriented experimental platform for monitoring and controlling NC manufacturing process is developed based on research projects.There are four experiments related to each other.The platform gives students more freedoms instead of the detailed requirements.Assessment is not limited into the answer mode.Students can get the training of thinking on research and innovation.Experimental platform is used by master candidates and undergraduate students of mechanical and electrical field.The results show that theory and practice are combined effectively on this platform.The practical application ability,thinking on research and innovation of students are improved greatly.
