我国生物医学院士SCI论文合作关系研究

摘要
以我国生物医学领域59位中国科学院院士SCI论文为研究对象,采用科学计量学及社会网络分析方法对院士论文合作关系进行研究。结果显示,院士论文合作网络以固定的小团体网络为主,没有形成整体、连通的网络;合作形式以机构内和国内合作为主,与美国的国际合作最频繁;生物化学与分子生物学为其科研活动中最重要和最活跃的带头学科,计算机科学与生命科学各学科互动密切,中介桥梁作用日益突出。研究结果提示,虽然院士科学合作与时俱进,但其国际合作的广度和深度有待进一步深化,带头学科需要进一步整合,继续加强学科合作。
By applying methods of scientometrics and social network,the author investigated science citation index(SCI)papers of 59 Chinese academicians in biomedical domaim in order to analyze their cooperative relationships.The results showed that,rather than constructing an integral and connected network,the collaboration among these academicians was divided into several small cohesive groups.Inter-institutional and domestic collaborations were primary patterns.The United States was the major partner for international collaboration.Biochemistry and molecular biology was the primary and active leading disciplines,and computer science,as a bridge,was closely related to sub-disciplines of life sciences.In addition,it indicated that although Chinese academicians' collaboration activities had kept up with the times,the breadth and depth of their international collaboration need further development,the role of leading discipline should be integrated,and the disciplinary collaboration should be enhanced.
